Market in toilet with 158,000 people losing jobs in Sept 08 alone, and stock
market has dropped 4000 points in one week, and global economic crisis hits
home with banks not willing to lend money, housing crisis continuing, gas
prices still above $3, hurricanes Gustav and Ike hitting US in its oil
refining area (and we took a beating with Ike,

photos from my street) so quite dismal with many people dumping
"toys" into
market whether skidoos, boats, comics, collectibles, and even old cars. What
to do? If you have some money squirreled away it is buyers market so pick up
a AMC or two for your collection. It will be worth more than what your
pension or 401K was before it vaporized in Sept/Oct 2008 anyhows. And well,
you get to work off that frustration and stresst working on a old AMC and
then wasting a set of tires on the street, ti's really good therapy believe
me. Sorry there was no SUAD for July/Aug we had big scare with Eduardo, then
near miss with hurricane Gustav before hurricane Ike wiped us out, of which
live is slowly returning to normal over a wide area of Houston, but NOT
