*SELLER NAME CHANGED AFTER I BOUGHT ITEMS. The little icon next to 'contact seller' there was giveaway. Yet, seller refused to acknowledge he changed user ID. When you do this you have to update MANUALLY your paypal shit. It does not automatically change! So though I would help the guy. Big mistake.

I see a lot of this. You will have to manually change it on both sites. If your email is joshtoys001 on ebay it does not mean it is same for paypal, so you have to go in and manually change that on paypal site it does not automatically change. I have AMC people send me payments and I gue4ss assume that because they changed their ebay email address it automatically changes with paypal also, but it does not. Have to do each manually, really easy to do though. Might be why you said there were 2 items unpaid a month ago, but I can't do anything on this end, you have to somehow access your paypal account and change email to a current one, and also see if can recover payment, not sure how all that works.

I mentioned earlier that you have to go in and manually change it, just because ebay has one email, does not mean paypal has same. I cancelled payment yesterday and guess what? Eddie, The name is John. Sorry, but my primary PayPal email address and eBay email address are the same. Always has been. If you wish to send payment manually to that address, I will send the item. Of course eBay won't allow me to send you my email address, so there in lies the problem. I'm not going to change my email address to accommodate this transaction. I've had both the eBay email address and PayPal email address the same as long as I can remember and I have never had trouble either receiving or sending payment. I'm not needing any coaching as you say. My address is what it is. I'm not sure of problem you are experiencing, but it has nothing do with me or the my email address either the eBay one or the PayPal one which are one in the same and in fact tied together. It's not one or the other other. Maybe you need to find out through customer service on either eBay or PayPal ends to resolve this matter. I checked eBay and is stated a refund was made on the the item number 171043733508, on 6/15/13. That's all I know.

So I CANCELLED the paypal payment again. I had also called ebay and paypal, listening to canned elevator music. Ebay was zero help telling me it was on paypal end. Paypal said it was a ebay problem as it shows I paid...EACH TIME....on paypal, but still was showing up unpaid on ebay due to seller changing his information and not updating it with paypal! Yes, like Obamacare no one knows what the fuck going on.

I was throughly pissed off at the seller for refusing to change (YES UPDATE TO CURRENT!!) information on paypal, and continuing to lie to me in process! So left him a negative, first neg I have left anyone on ebay if 6+ years:

The feedback I left is: "SELLER changed user ID, paid/refunded 3 times. Worst ebay transaction since 2002." If I could have said more I would have. If you would have just told truth right off bat instead of shifting blame or acting dumb about it all no issues. I am a forgiving man and as I said earlier on, have helped hundreds of AMCers and others update their info on ebay and paypal, taking my time to help others. Free. No fees, no thank you from ebay, nothing. Tried same with you, and you acted like it was my fault, it wasn't especially when paypal is sending me 'unique transaction id' numbers each
time I paid! So not only did I get ignored, the Hot wheels here missed the kid's birthday, so tossed them in garage on shelf when they eventually got here. Bottom line is that you could have easily handled this better very easily. You didn't. And didn't even get with ebay or paypal to resolve why this was happeneing. I spent a lot of 'wating' time on both sites talking to people. Ebay said they can't contact you, paypal said not their fault. In other words, you should have immediately taken care of issue when I pointed it out to you weeks ago. This auction was from May 22nd or something like that. I am not going to ask ebay to look into the matter as already DID with series of calls to both sites help lines. They have all my correspondense here they can look at my emails to you asking to reolsve issue, not tell me 'I ain't changed anything' when in fact you did and why it has that little icon next to your name. Once you get past that and admit that you were wrong, you will see why this transaction sucked from my end. I do not care how many transactions you have had, nor how many in future. Yes, this matter could have been solved a week after I bought this item. If you see that 'item not paid for' you hit 'please send payment' button. However, my payment was sent withinn 24 hours by paypal, and have sent you the transaction id's of them. I'm not bitching about the item, it was as described, and was delivered. I paid for it quickly. I received it over a MONTH later. You changed your user ID and email. No I don't want to ever bid on anything you ever have again, period. Yes, ebay could care less about the 'he says/she says' aspect of it. People post feedbacks after they receive the item. It is not about receiveing it, it is how whole transaction went down. And on that you failed miserably. Ebay can ask me if I received item, sure I got it, but could have driven out and picked it up faster than time wasted by time I received it. Thank you and I'm one and done with you also. There are Aa LOT of tools in place John on this site to help sellers and buyers. I paid for this within 24 hours. If you didn't receive a notice FROM ebay saying it was paid for, there is a list of links on left side of item with print shipping label, add tracking number, leave feedback, view order details, view purchased item, CONTACT BUYER, sell similiar item, relist, RESOLVE A PROBLEM, and unmarked as shipped. The resolve a problem one, if you noticed that 'I had not paid' you click on that, and it sends a notice to BUYER/me asking to pay. But I paid. You had old email account and user id from sale date this is why paypal was sending old crap to me. You refused to change, much less acknowledge that repeatedly! And still doing so! Even when presented with evidence of my paid paypal transaction you denied it. If....you would have just said "Eddie I changed my shit" i would have said ok no problem. It was problem when I am waiting on hold several times with ebay...and paypal to elevator music only to be told 'sort of out of our hands' or 'it's on THEIR end, not ours, sorry'. And getting fed same line of BS from you even after I tried to help you fix the issue to make sure no more buyers would go thru this joshtoys hell you still said 'I didn't change anything' yet if you go look at your user name on ebay, then feedback, then the small icon there is shows you DID make changes to your account, all the while lying to me. I'm rather forgiving also, but shame on me for falling for this not once, but THREE TIMES I paid...then cancelled payment because of your inaction to
correct the issue. My suggestion would be to put hundreds of Hot Wheels and other things for sale on ebay, so the negative feedback gets eventually buried with positives on later pages. Hopefully others won't go thru what I did and you will be forthcoming with future buyers.

There you have it. After I left a negative there was some links frome bay asking "what could have been done better" and "why did this transaction not work" you know, all the legalese crap. I had spent 15-20 minutes on phone with ebay about this and was told 'they can't contact seller' and I said WTF they are selling on your site surely you have a way to contact them or could send a nice note telling them to update their information. Nope. They were nice on phone however nothing resolved. With paypal, I spoke with nice guy and he had to get a manager as he could not figure out why I was able to pay for the item, but was unclaimed. I told him unclaimed because seller changed his email and user id on ebay. Duh! Again, nothing resolved.
